Develop a new website to help market and create awareness for the new Sonoma Pines development.

The Method

Once we understood who our client was targeting and the type of person that Sonoma Pines was being developed for, we began researching previous projects and other developments that fit this demographic. We wanted the site to be engaging, informative, and most of all, inviting. We wanted visitors to feel comfortable and dive deeper into the site to discover all the features Sonoma Pines had to offer.

The Result

We designed a hybrid solution utilizing Flash animation and navigation and maximizing SEO with HTML content. The site features many unique features such as an updateable interactive site plan for visitors to browse the development and see information about the various styles of homes and floor plans without leaving their desk. The CMS for this site plan allows the client to update the status of properties as for sale, pending, or sold, and edit the information and imagery associated with each home. This allows for interested buyers to see the most up-to-date information regarding the properties they are interested in. The customer CMS also allowed the client to manage their news feed so interested buyers are always aware of what is happening. Everything from development galleries, development info, a news feed, newsletters, and registration forms were all built and all encompassed in a sleek, comfortable, and professional design.
