The Mission

The new real estate brokerage firm came to us with their brand and image and needed a website that not only was consistent with and communicated their luxurious image but also featured a dynamic listing system.

The Method

We began by researching some of the major real estate websites in order to see what features buyers and sellers would be looking for and what they would already be used to. After understanding the features we wanted to include, we developed a custom CMS to accommodate the management of property listings. Using the company’s existing branding, we began designing elements that communicated the high-end luxury look and feel they represented.

The Result

A gorgeous and easy to navigate website that buyers and sellers alike can use for all their real estate needs. The site features our custom listing system and property galleries. All of which are updateable and managed by the client, allowing visitors to easily search and navigate for the type of property they are looking for. All of this was built within a professional and prestigious design that matched the client’s already developed brand.
