The Mission /
The Education Company (TEC) wanted a student gallery section for their current website that would showcase selected work from their “Center for Arts and Technology” Campuses across Canada. Further, it would have to “fit into” their current site, stand up visually to other Digital Art schools, interface with a proprietary Content Management System and stay within a very tight, small budget.

The Method /
Originally their idea was to showcase the work in a screen area of roughly 600 x 400 pixels due to the CMS system there were using. We appreciated the difficulty in showcasing the capabilities of animation and new media.
However, by pushing the boundaries of our own studio work, we created a full screen visual experience using database integrated Flash Technology. We worked closely with the Vancouver web design firm who designed the CMS and were able to overcome the site's built in limitations.
